Report Writer for End Users of SugarCRM

Hi SugarCRM'rs...

My client is getting smart, they want to generate their own custom visual reports as they had with ACT. They want similar from ACT reports integrated with SugarCRM CE.

Any and ALL suggestions welcomed.

Well, upgrading to Sugar Pro or Enterprise gets you reporting features

If you don't insist on integration there are quite a few packages out there. Why not integrating the results in a new "reports" module via links? Or in My Portal? So they don't have to leave the application if that's a problem.

I have users all with 'Administrator' enabled privilege, so they can click on "Tabs" with my custom application while using CE. This seems so wrong.... Any guidance on this ?

You need to repair roles in the admin | repair area.
