Reporting: Meetings and Calls by Users

Could you please help me...

I want to create report, where I can display users and their activitie (calls and meeteings).

What type of report should I use for this task? I think Summition with Deteils. Is it true?
How should I group report? Could you please navigate me step by step?

I have SugarCRM 6.1 PRO.

Sugar has no such capability in the standard release. You can only report on one module in the PRO Reporting module. You can use our KINAMU Reporter which has he capability of Union Reports that allow to accomplish what you are asking for producing reports accorss multiple modules in one report. Look at the release notes for Release 2.5 page 15ff. There is an example that is doing exactly what you are asking for.

Thank you, Cristian. I have the other question: how I can set height of row? I need it for the situation, which the value of field is very long (for example, Call Description)... And your Reporting system cuts it. This is not so good... How I can solve this problem?
