Reporting Modules

Are there any free system reporting modules available for download?

If not, how could I begin to tackle a reporting module myself?

I want to be able to see a list of all active sugar users and their last login date.
I'd also like to be able to see which modules each user has used (possible?)

What other admin/manager reports do you all use to overview team Sugar usage? We need to make sure the system is utilized regularly so additional training can be offered to those who don't use it often enough.
