When using the reports module adding fields causes no results to be shown.
I have a report that is based on industry type for account, and then also shows any contact records with a 'Primary contact' check box checked.
This works fine, however when you then want to display an email address (if it exists) any contacts without an email address (even though is a display field and not a selection criteria) disappear.
I've noticed this happens a lot in the reporting tool.
Is there anyway around this?
