Reporting on unassigned case tickets

I want to write a report that lists cases that are unassigned.

The reporting module only allows access to the assignee list that has no blank in it.

How can I do this?

Assuming that you are using Community Edition, I think your best bet would be installing a package like ZuckerReports that will let you develop your own custom reports and not limit you to the functionality of Sugar's List View.
