Hi Guys
Is there a way of reporting on more specific aspects of fields, such as when it was modified or changed to a specific value.
Being able to report on created/modified dates for the whole module isn't specific enough.
Thanks

Not out of the box.
Under CE you can view Change Log of some record and that way look for such changes.
Additionally you can write down some sql query to look for those changes by reading <table>_audit.
On PRO edition you can create some Workflow to send alert whenever changes like that occur.

I DO NOT answer questions through PM and Email. If you need some help post your question into SugarForum.
You can use our KINAMU Reporter to do this. Take a look at the latest release notes page 3. This allows you to report using the audit records in SugarCRM easily. I also posted a document once on how to use this e.g. in a Subpanel - you can take a look at this document to see how.
However Release 2.7.4 where this was introduced is not available as a free basic edition (yet). If it sounds like a solution contact us at office@kinamu.com to get further details.
christian.

will have a look at kinamu reports.
Maybe it's something new versions of Sugar should get![]()
