Reports data for drop downs / lists does not display WHEN SCHEDULED

We have reports that work just fine when you view them on the sugar intranet site. The minute you schedule a report, it creates an email with a pdf attached to the email. When you open that email and then open the pdf, it shows the report, however, instead of the data in the field (for drop downs / lists) it does not display the data it just displays stuff like: order_type_list, instead of the actual values in the database. This is for any drop down list field that is on the report. It is supposed to display the value selected in the drop down list. Instead it is displaying the field name / label name like " "competitors_list", for a field called competitors in the report. Where it should be displaying the actual competitors. Again this only happens with lists / drop down selections. The rest of the report (Textboxes) displays just fine.

We are running on a SQL Server 2005 backend, PHP 5.2.5, SugarCRM 5.1.0a, IIS 6

I am having similar issues with the dropdowns not showing what is in the dropdown list and rather just showing the name of the list it in the field. Also seems that some dropdowns do not show the correct value for what is in the database upon edit/detail view, it reverts back to default value so that if you had edited the record not knowing what the dropdown value was, when you save, it reverts back to the default value..hope that made sense. but check for that as well in yours..

I am having similar issues with the dropdowns not showing what is in the dropdown list and rather just showing the name of the list it in the field. Also seems that some dropdowns do not show the correct value for what is in the database upon edit/detail view, it reverts back to default value so that if you had edited the record not knowing what the dropdown value was, when you save, it reverts back to the default value..hope that made sense. but check for that as well in yours..
