Reports, Forecast, Quote tabs do not show up

I am using the SugarCRM 4.2.1b. I have seen the Demo on the home page, but I cannot see the Reports, Forecasts, and Quote tabs in my installation?

Do they need to be added separately?

Which flavour of Sugar are you using, the repotrs, forecasts and quotes are only available in the PRO version, but not in the OS version.

Thanks for your reply. I am using the free (Open Source) version. I now realize that these features are not available to me. However, overall it is a great software. Thanks.
