Reports: How to find Accounts and Contacts with no entry in History?

Does anyone have an idea how to create a report that tells me which accounts or contacts do have no entry connected in history?

I was not able to do that ;-)

Hi Erich,

You are limited in what you can do here, but using the Sugar reporting module (Pro/Ent) you could create a Row and Column Account based report. Add the related Notes module. Minimally display the Account name, Note subject. and make sure that the 'Optional Related Modules' checkbox is checked. This will yield a list of all accounts in the system and their notes. It will also list any accounts without a note logged (the note subject will be blank). You could then sort and see the accounts with no notes.

Another option is to create a Summation with Details report. Same as the above, but group on Note Date Created. You will then have a grouping that is blank (these would be the accounts with no notes, thus no note create date.). You can view the details of the accounts with no notes
