Reports - Products > Howto get correct pricing information on reports?

our configuration:
OS Ubuntu 8.04 desktop
MySQL 5.0.37
Apache 2.0
SugarCRM 5.2.0f PRO
PHP Version 5.2.5

I am trying to generate a report that will show me the dollar values of all the products shipped (Product Status=Shipped) by Product Type, or Product Category, using time periods (last month, between 1-jun-2009 and 1-sept-2009, for example)

My issue is with the product quantities, If I have a quote where I have different quantities of different type/category, I cannot get a total per product type/category from the quote.

example of a quote:
4 Widgets of product Type "Retail" Category "Nuts" at $1,000 Unit Price $ 1,190 List price.
2 Thingamagigig of product Type "Wholesale" Category "Bolts" at $400 Unit Price, $ 450 List Price.

If I want to create a report to show the amount value I shipped in Nuts, or Bolts, I cannot get the $4000 amount from "Nuts", or the $800 from "Bolts" from the "products" module. I can report on quantities, or list price, or unit price, but not on the total of the "row" or "line item" (Qty * List_price, or Qty * Unit_Price).

I need to report the following amount:
SUM:Quantity*Unit_Price WHERE product_type="Retail"
SUM:Quantity*List_Price WHERE product_type="Retail"
Or similar things.

Can it be done with Sugar CRM Pro? or do I need enterprise?
