Modifying the Campaign View Details?

I'll keep looking on the forums but in the meantime...

We run a call center and recently installed Sugar for managing email campaigns (LOVE it!)

I'd like to modify the view of the campaign "View Details" to include the recipients office phone number so we can follow up with calls to those who opened the message for each campaign (All users on the list have their phone number in their details)

Recipient Name Recipient Phone Recipient Email Marketing Id (etc)

It would also be very cool to be able to click each users name to open up their contact deatils to convert the target to a lead (or contact? - haven't gottten that far yet)

any pointers would be greatly appreciated

I understand the feature you want to implement and that seems awesome!
That requires good SugarCRM, SQL and PHP skills to accomplish that.
Do you have such knowledge?

Hi Andope,

I was able to achieve what I wanted to do by simply adding the opened emails to another target list

This gives me the list of all users who opened the email and their names and phone numbers right on the screen
