Has anyone figured out or know how to make a contact required for new cases? The problem is that the contact is a subpanel thus I can't make it a required field when I create a new case and I'm not sure where to even start looking. If anyone has any suggestions or if anyone has successfully accomplished this I'd like to hear about it.
