Required field depending on dropdown

Hello.

I have a custom dropdown in Meetings with 5 options, let`s say A, B, C, D and E, what I want to do is when I choose option A, B or C the field 'Related to: Account/Prospects' and then the next field where the account/prospect is selected must change its view and work as a 'Required Field' and if I change the dropdown to D or E, it must go back to be a non-required field. How can I do this?
