You mean when you sent an email from sugar can we copy that email in the outlook's IMAP Sent folder ?? If thats the case then yes we do that in 5.1. When you configure you Inbound Email account, there is a Sent folder text and click on the select button next to that text field and select a sent folder and then save this Inbound email account. When you reply to a case (email) from sugar in the compose email screen select this Inbound Account in FROM dropdown list and when you send an email we will copy that email in the sent email of IMAP account so outlook will have a access to it.

    Thanks
