Restore Backup(s)

Running SugarCRM Community Edition Ver. 5.1.0a
Windows XP Pro (with all updates)

Used "Backup" command from within SugarCRM to create a file on my server.
Used the mysqldump to create a backup of my database.

Now I want to restore both of these on to a laptop I have setup running the same version of SugarCRM.

I have checked both the forum and the wiki but neither provide a solution that worked on my Windows system. After "showing" the databases, finding my SugarCRM database, "dropping" that database, "Creating" a new database with the same name...but when I try to restore my backup file I get a message like "line 22 no database in use". So I "Use" my SugarCRM database before restoring the backup but it still make no difference.

1) How do I restore the backup file created from within SugarCRM.

2) How do I restore the "dump" backup file to the correct database.

At this time, I would prefer not to use other applications like PHPAdmin.

Ah, I figured out one item number 1. If you don't put the ".zip" extension on the internal backup file it makes a world of difference. Now I see how you just unzip back into it's directory. That part worked great.

Now if I an only figure out why I can't restore my dump file. I do this with another application I use on a idifferent system. Maybe I am using te wrong database name. What is the "default" database for SugarCRM is you use one of the all inclussive stack installers?

Nevermind, found the last problem also.

The syntax is "mysql -u USERNAME -p DATABASENAME < BACKUPFILENAME.SQL"

The Wiki syntax is wrong for Windows and the version of MYSQL in 5.1.0a.
