Restored custom module shows under Studio?

I built a custom module in Module Builder. I disabled then uninstalled this custom module and restored an earlier version I had published.
But this now shows in Studio, not under Module Builder. So I cannot change the realtionships (which I want to do)

How doi I get this custom module back into ModuleBuilder?

I am not sure how to address that specific issue, but you might be able to resolve your relationships issue manually.

Aha, I should have exported the module, as opposed to publishing it.
So now to find out the difference between an export zip file and a publish zip
