Restoring deleted Account and related items

I am trying to restore a deleted Account, following along the instructions in this post - http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43217. I updated the deleted field in Accounts from 1 to 0 and the Account reappears in the UI. However, when I looked at the relationship tables all of the deleted flags were still set to 0 (I was expecting them to be set to 1). So, the relationship table reads as if the related items (Contacts, for example) should be there - there is a proper record in the accounts_contacts table and the deleted flag = 0.

Any ideas on how to re-establish these relationships so the front end UI recognizes what the DB says?

Disregard...was getting mixed query results with production and development DB.
