Restrict creation

Maybe I don't look at the good place.
I have created a role and I have restricted the posibilty of deleting but how can I allow updating and ban creation of an Account contact... ?

This seems a little bit critical, but you can give this approach a trial. Give permission to edit and set delete to none.

I've found a solution.
We can only create an account in the left menu (shortcuts). So I have commented this line in : \modules\Accounts\Menu.php
