We're using SugarCRM 4.5.1 and I have a problem with the pipeline view.

We have 13 users of Sugar, but only 3 who actually have opportunities assigned to them ( The rest either create leads or view and manage the system). The problem is that the pipeline view lists all of our users and therefore assigns each user a colur. Due to the order in which the colours have been applied, 2 of our salespeople who have opportunities actually have the same colour.

I would ideally like to restrict the pipeline view to only show users that can have Opportunities assigned to them so that they will then each get a clearly different colour.

I have been into User Management and have checked the "No Opportunities" box for users who do not get opportunities assigned, but they still appear to the right of the Pipeline graph and get a colour assigned to them.

Can anyone help? As an alternative to removing these users from the pipeline view, is there a way I can re-order them in the list or allocate a different colour?
