Role Admin vs Team

Hi, about sugar crm roles, when I set for example the role for module accounts User Type as Admin and List and View equal to All then what ever team the specified user will be he will be able to view all accounts, correct? Is like a role with user type admin can cancel what teams the user can view. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention that I am using sugar crm version 4.5 on linux.
