Role Management Extension Add On

I read in the "Implementing SugarCRM" book that there is a "Role Management Extension Add On", I looked everywhere and I can't seem to find it. Does anybody know where I can get this add on?

We have 4.2 open source installed. The problem I'm experiencing is probably a combination of using the Teams and the Roles.

My users role only has access to their own accounts, opporutnities, and contacts ets and is defined as Sales Rep Role.
My Sales Manager role has access to everything, these individuals do not own accounts, contacts, or opportunities.

I have two teams, West and East, which the sales reps fit under one or the other region. My Sales Managers also have their own team.

Dilema - when my East Sales manager logs into the system and goes to the Accounts List he sees all accounts, not just his East Sales Team's accounts. Same with my West Sales Manager.

What do I need to do so that each Sales Manager only sees his teams accounts, opportunities etc in the list and view.
