Role management Issue

Hello!

I am new in the CRM world, our company wanna run a Sugar CRM system for work applications.
For testing, i succesfully installed a Sugar CRM 6 rc3, and there is a security issue, what i wanna ask to u.

We wanna create 2 different user groups (or later more). Can they use the same modul, in different role?
For example there is a HR role and a Working Management role, they have 5-5 users, can they use the same contact module, without seeing each other contactlist, but a user can see every contact what has been made in his rolemates, or him?

you can´t handle that in the role management. You need a Team structure with two different teams. Then it is possible to hide records for the other team. Works in Sugar Por not in CE
