role without name

Hello,

I start using SugarCRM. In the role management section, I have accidently created a role without a name or a description. As it has no name, i can't select it. What can i do to delete it?

You should be able to do this directly with MySQL since the roles stored in the database.

OK, could you tell me what's the name of the database or the folder where i should find it? I made a research and there are several sugarCRM folders: Programs Files, Documents and settings...

EDIT: Forget what i have said! I have found an easy way to do it. I have some "data implementa" in the "recent consultations".... And it redirected me on the role details.... Delete....

hi,
can u do one thing ...u assign this role to some user(from user subpanel,through popup) ...once u select this role for that user . u can edit this role .

Hi,
there is a screenshot of SugarCRM. With the skin "SugarClassic" , you can see "Base Implementa " in the "last viewed" section. You click on it and it redirected you on the role details. then you click "delete".
