Hi,

I am new to Sugar CRM and I am using Version 6.1.4.

can you please some one help me,


S – Sales People’s

I am assigning n no. of account S1, s2 and so on.

Conditions
1. Account’s assigning to S1 is not visible to other sales people(S) people. But this must be visible to corresponding Team Leader. i.e., what I assigning to S1,S2, S3 and S4 visible to Team Leader 1 and S5, S6, S7 and S8 visible to Team Leader 2 and so on.
2. Seles person belongs Team Leader 1(or account’s belong to Team Leader 1 ) is not visible to Team Leader 2 and Team Leader 3.
3. Sales Manager can see all account’s

One way of going around this would be to combine the use of roles as well as teams.

You'll have to split them into teams first, then adjust the roles.

try Security suites ( teams) for the purpose.

i need for 3 level.

ex.. under manager 3 team leader. each team leader have 10 sales person. each sales person have 10 accounts.

1. sales person can see only his account, not others account.
2. team leader can see his sales person account(his 10 sales person's account), not other sales person belong's to other team leader.
3.manager can see all account's(belong's all sales people).


there is play with heritancy.

this is not supporting with SugarCRM 6.1.4
