Can't seem to find the right check box for allowing users to view the files that they upload to 'Account' , 'History' , 'Create Note or Attachment'.
The file is correctly uploaded and can be viewed if I log in with Admin privileges,, however as a User, while the attachments are displayed , when clicking on the icon to view the following message is displayed
'You do not have access to this area. Contact your site administrator to obtain access.'
Have tried to toggle all the Account roles to different settings to find the culprit without success. Any suggestions?
Using CE Version 6.1.1 (Build 5512)
