Default Root Directory Changed, How do I Change it in Settings?

I created a side by side installation of our sugar system to transfer over our old installation of SugarCRM 4 to SugarCRM 5.2.0e.

After the re-installation I removed the old sugar installation and changed the root directory of the new sugar to overtake the location of the old sugar installation.

The majority of it went smoothly with a few exceptions.

Under the 'My Accounts' and 'User Preferences' the URL in user settings reflects the old installation folder - Can I change this somewhere?

Under the same section in Calendar Options the Publish Keys also reflect the old installation folder.

Also, when invites are sent for meetings to clients, the 'click here to accept the invite' leads to the old root folder as well.

Is there a single location where the root directory is accessed that I can change this?

    Any help would be great.

You can update it by changing the site_url setting in your config.php file.
