Default Row_number is not a recognized function

I am getting so many errors in this thing it really makes me wonder if I have the software setup correctly. I would just upgrade the thing but that doesn't seem to work at all either. I keep getting the bellow error:

    'ROW_NUMBER' is not a recognized function name.SQL Error : 'ROW_NUMBER' is not a recognized function name.SQL Error : 'ROW_NUMBER' is not a recognized function name.SQL Error : 'ROW_NUMBER' is not a recognized function name.SQL Error : 'ROW_NUMBER' is not a recognized function name.SQL Error : 'ROW_NUMBER' is not a recognized function name.

I hope someone has an idea of what to do. This happens everywhere but mostly the leads page.

Can you mention your environment here.
PHP version, OS, Sugar- version, mysql version etc.

At first glance it looks like database version issue.

Sorry I guess all of that would make a huge difference.

I am working with version Version 4.5.0b (Build 1144) on MS SQL.

I am not sure of the PHP version, this is hosted by crytal tech and they have version 4 and 5 on there servers.

This was a fresh install and I have seen the error ever since.

You installed it on a SQL Server 2000 system, didn't you? Sugar requires MS SQL Server 2005 - the ROW_NUMBER function is new to SQL Server 2005.

If that is the case maybe I can migrate it to a 2005 ms sql server.
