PHP Version 4.4.2

The runMassEmailCampaign is not running (actually none of them but let's start with this one).
Last Successful Run: Never.

It is set to

Interval On the 15 minute mark; From 00:00 to 23:59
2005-01-01 to 2021-01-01

Any ideas? I'm new to Sugar and the system was already setup when I arrived.

I get my emails out if I process "Send Queued Campaign Emails" and have my settings to either
user: sendmail
admin: sendmail
or
user: smtp
admin: sendmail

With those setting the emails arrive to addresses outside the local network. Emails within goes out but don't reach target.
If i just turn them around (smtp/smtp or sendmail/smtp) they only arrive to addresses within the local network. And emails with addresses outside the local network doesn't leave the que.

Ideas about that?
