Running two scheduler with different occurance

Hi,

We want to run two scheduler. (SugarCRM CE 6.5.8)

First one should run in every 3 Mins [Interval: On the 3 minute mark]
Second one should run every day at 1:00 AM. [Interval: On the hour; 01:00am

We have setup a scheduler accordingly. But when we have setup a cron in window system, First one is running fine in every 3 mins but second one is also executed in every 3 min, which should be run only once a day.

Please help me to implement these two scheduled job.

when you say 2 schedulers, do you mean you have 2 distinct functions to be executed timed at 1 am and every 3 mins? If yes, there is no way 1 am function executes at every 3 mins.

Post some snaps to show your issue, if you can..

You can use action for those events, like for first workflow check one check box and make condition with this check box for second scheduler workflow.

Yes.

We have an option called 'Execute If missed'. Now if we deselect this option, cron of 1 AM will never run. and if we select this option, 1 AM cron will run with every 3 mins cron.

We have set window scheduler to run at every 3 mins (php -f cron.php).

Also attached an image to view both scheduled job.

We have created custom schedule file with different function for each scheduled job.

./custom/module/scheduler/_addJobsHere.php

function AccountInsertion() {
...
}

function InvoiceInsertion() {
...
}

and same we have added in CRM interface to run Account job at every 1 AM everyday (with Excute if missed) and Invoice job at every 3 mins daily (with Excute if missed).

Attached image will show you added scheduler.

Hello,

There is nothing to do with Execute if missed.
Try $GLOBALS['fatal']->log('<function names>',date('H:i:s')); in your functions and check in sugarcrm.log when and how many times which function gets executed.
