Sales_stage_dom value's removed cant add anymore

Help, one enthousiast co-worker deleted all the values in the sales_stage_dom drop down. Now it isn't possible anymore to add any values because the Studio isn't showing the add functionality. How can i restore this?

Looked with phpmyadmin in the Dbase but it seems to me that there is no opportuniy to add the values from here (Lack of knowlegde of MYSQL)

I just did the same thing with a different drop down. To restore the defaults, I edited the following file to remove my 'custom' change.

/var/www/sugar/custom/include/language/en_us.lang.php
