I have Sugar installed on a hosted plan as well as a local hosting. I am wanted to use the SalesAlerts progam so i can have notifications pop up on our computers. However when I connect to our server from the salesalerts program i get the error "SugarCRM API error unknown field type 'url'" I have tried our local hosting server and the same thing. It seems that it is connecting half way to our server. However it will not populate any information. Can any one offer help? I have tried to find documentation but have had no luck
