Same entry displayed several times

Some of My users face e starnge issue:

the same entry is displayed several times while generating lists.
This happens for leads, opportunities, contcats, ...

the starnge thinkg is that not all the users face the issue.

Hopefully the entries are unique in the database, but this makes user's experience not so friendly

any idea how to solve that ?

It seems that it is a standard problem with duplicates and it isn't an issue of Sugar rather an issue of how your users work with the system. When a new entry is created system doesn't check duplicates so the user should check this manually before adding a new entry.

Anyway you have the 'Merge duplicate' function which allows you to resolve such situation when some duplicates already exists in the system.
