Sandbox Instance Problem

Hi all,

I'm creating my first sandbox version of our produciton database, however despite being able to log into the sandbox instance and add data, I'm unable to get into the system settings page. Instead I just get a blank page (see attachment).

The steps I took to create the sand box were as follows:

1. Copied files from "SugarPro" to "SugarPlay" directorty with the wwwroot folder
2. Backed up the SugarPro database and restored to a new database called "SugarPlay"
3. Edit the config.php within the "SugarPlay" folder so to have the correct values for the database name and site url

We are currently using a Windows 2003 Server, with IIS 6 and SQL Server 2005.

Can anyone suggest why we are getting the error discribed above?

Please check you have writable permission to the file config_override.php on the root folder.
