Save button doesn't work

Dear all,

When editing a call log, the 'save' button doesn't work.
It appears, but when I click on it, nothing happens.

I'm running SugarCRM CE Version 6.1.1 (Build 5512)
Problem occurs on Windows (Tested: IE and Firefox) and Apple (Safari)

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

This is the error I got:

document.forms[0].return_action is undefined
onclick(event=click clientX=29, clientY=211)index..../seq/11 (line 4)
event = click clientX=29, clientY=211
[Break On This Error] document.forms[0].return_action.value = "DetailView";


Googled the error, but found no solution

in my case calls and meetings save button stopped working after upgrade from 6.2.1 to 6.2.3

found error in javascript with firebug:

404 not found [sugarcrm]/include/JSON.js

fix was to put JSON.js in include folder,

then did quick repair and rebuild in admin repair section, also ran all the js related "repair js" utils

save button works fine now, 404 went away

We've got the same issue but with editing contacts in 6.3 on mysql.
Wonder how I can port this solution to edit contacts?

I found that sometime, when some field are missing, the save button can stop working. I might be the case if you did some mods on the forms (remove some field of editview) ?
