Just installed a new Dell / Vista box. When I create a new note and click "save" two identical copies of the note are stored in the database. This only happens with the new computer and only with Internet Explorer - FireFox doesn't suffer from this problem. Using Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049) / MySQL 4.1.22 / PHP 5.2.1 / Apache / Linux. Notes are identicle except for the ID. Anybody else experienced a similar problem?
