    Question saved case did not appear on case list

    I'm assigned in maintaining the sugarcrm in the company, and I'm new about this system. Im trying to check about the case module and for 1 week it works. Then I deleted all cases to finalize the system, but when I create new case and saved it, then click cases, the saved case did not appear on the case list. So i tried making another case cause i though I havent saved it, but then same thing happened, saved case still did not appear on the list. Is anybody out there knows how to solve this problem? Please?

    I can not reproduce this problem with 4.5.0GA.
    Which version of SugarCRM are you using, and is there any Apache log or SugarCRM log generated?

    Im using SugarCRM Version 4.2.0. The thing dont understand is why is that in the first week im cheking the case module it works but right after I deleted all the cases then create again, it didnt work.
