I'm assigned in maintaining the sugarcrm in the company, and I'm new about this system. Im trying to check about the case module and for 1 week it works. Then I deleted all cases to finalize the system, but when I create new case and saved it, then click cases, the saved case did not appear on the case list. So i tried making another case cause i though I havent saved it, but then same thing happened, saved case still did not appear on the list. Is anybody out there knows how to solve this problem? Please?![]()
