I'm having a big problem with saving records in edit view and this is the only thing holding me up from going to production.

I have a couple of custom modules created in module builder, Purchase Orders and Items. The Purchase Orders module has a one-to-many relationship to the Items module. The accounts module also has a one-to-many relationship with the Items module.
When I edit an Item with a relationship to a Purchase Order it doesn't create any new items but it creates 2 duplicate relationships causing my items lists and subpanels to show duplicate items even though none exist.

I'm baffled and I have no idea where to check or modify the SQL that is being executed when a record is saved and I'm only having problems with this particular module and relationship so I don't want to modify anything for every module. I've tried uninstalling and starting with a fresh install and re-building the modules from scratch.

Could this be a bug in RC1 or a problem with my module?

Please any information anyone can provide would be tremendously appreciated.
