Saving new lead error

I just installed 4.5.1.g and I am having a problem when I try to save a new lead from the main leads page. I am getting the following SQL error:

Retrieving record by id leads:e2cf881d-76e2-48e4-d731-472a60a5558a found Query Failed:SELECT leads.* , leads_cstm.* FROM leads LEFT JOIN leads_cstm ON leads.id = leads_cstm.id_c WHERE leads.id = 'e2cf881d-76e2-48e4-d731-472a60a5558a' AND leads.deleted=0 LIMIT 0,1::MySQL error 1146: Table 'sugarcrm.leads_cstm' doesn't exist

This was the first thing I tried to do after I installed it. What are the minimum permissions that the db user needs? And are permissions what is wrong?

Login as admin, access Studio in the Admin control panel and then click "Repair Custom Fields."
