We have just installed Pro, Version 4.5.1d (Build 1273) and are testing functionality.
When we schedule a call from the Contact Record an invitation is sent to the "contact" asking for acceptance of the call - includes details from the call description - is this correct?
Scenario: sales person wants to set a date and time to call an existing contact:
1. look up contact
2. Clicks to schedule a call
3. Adds manager to the call via Invite
4. Saves the calls
Invitation emails are sent to the peron that scheduled the call, the manager AND the contact - is this normal?
If this is normal, then what is the proper method for a sales person to schedule calls where the contact to be called is NOT notified/invited to the call?
