Schedule call logic hook problems

I'm attempting to override the before_save logic hook when scheduling a call.

The hook works when I schedule a call through the "full form" (IE: activities->schedule call), but when I try to schedule a call on a particular lead by going into the lead and clicking "Schedule call" on the activities sub-panel, then my logic hook is not being run.

Where can I add my logic hook so that it will be run also when scheduling a call from within another module?
