Post schedule meeting - invited user not show as busy/free

OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4
    Sugar OS: 4.5.0c
    Webserver: Apache/2.0.52 [...] PHP/5.1.2 mod_fastcgi/2.4.2
    PHP 5.1.2
    mysql 5.019

When scheduling meetings and inviting other users to that meeting the scheduling panel never shows anyone else as unavailable for a meeting.

I have tested this every way possible - day long meetings, short meetings, multiple invitees, editing a meeting and then adding the users. When I know there is a clash between schedules and I know the other user has acceptedthe meeting the scheduling tool always shows the user as available.

    1. should it show someone as being unavailable if they have a call/meeting/task scheduled for that time?
    2. I have read http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4074 and it seems like Sugar does not update its free/busy information regularly - only when that person actually accepts a meeting
2.1 Is this still the case?
2.2 I do not see it in my environment, no one's free/busy information ever gets updated.

Default Re: schedule meeting - invited user not show as busy/free

Bump. If it does work for you, please reply yes (or no).

I am not sure whether or not it is functional - if you can confirm that scheduling of meetings (specifically seeing who is available or not) is working for you I can justify spending more time on it - or justify working on extending it.

    thanks
