Schedule Meetings in Opportunities and Projects

Hi all,

i try to schedule a meeting in an opportunity or a project. i can connect this to one or more contacts but it will not be displayed in the account of the contact. i don´t want to have a look in every contact to see the history. can somebody fix that problem.The same when i add contacts to the Opportunity. It will not be displayed in the account.

Which version are your using?
It is possible to do that in Sugar 5.0 in a upgrade safe way.

we ae using 4.5.1 but we are starting an upgrade project to 5.0 or 5.1
We will launch it in the end of September. So how can we do or can you do it for us. Will it be safe and working with future upgrades?

For sure!
It is an upgrade safe implementation which will work after further upgrades.
You have to use the controller.php in Accounts.
This controller.php will define a new class which implements some functions (used to get entries to display under Subpanels) and it will extend the Account class.
After that you create an extended layoutdefs which specify how Sugar will retrieve the Meetings

now it is time to talk again about Meetings displayed in Account, Opportunity and Projects. Do you remember what my question was. I would like to have you building this for us. How about the cost for that and how about the upgrade to later version. We are planning to go for version 6. running 5.0.0 right now. Please let me know if you need more information.
