Hi all!
Does anyone know if it is possible to schedule a report and have it emailed to several users? For example, we would like to send the current "score board" report to our sales team every Monday morning.
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance-
Rick

The only way I know of is to set up a mailing list and have it emailed there. You could also set up a rule in outlook and have it mailed to yourself and have outlook automatically forward it to others. The forst method is by far the better one.
There are several places that you can set up a free mailing list, I have used GoogleMail or GoogleGroups, i forget which, in the past and it works perfectly.
I hope that the functionality for multiple report reciepiants is in SugarCRM 5.5 with the new reports engine.

I know how to setup a mailing list, no problem there. Question is...how do I tell Sugar where to mail it to? It seems it only wants to email it to the user to whom the report is assigned (me). I tried creating a Group User and assigning the report to that user, but when saving, Sugar left the assigned to field blank. Odd side-bar: I was no longer able to save this report again, even after changing the assigned to back to me. I was forced to Save As, and then go back and delete the original report. Odd. Anyway the bottom line is that Sugar appears to only allow you to schedule reports to be emailed to yourself, unless I'm missing something....?Originally Posted by kbrill
