SugarCRM CE 6.2.4

I have a SugarCRM where one of our scheduled task is creating zombie processes on our hosted shared server. In fact, the hosting company shut our SugarCRM down because we had several processes go all zombie on us.

Is there a report that will show me all failed scheduled tasks?
