Scheduler / Cron Job Error - HELP

Hi.-

Scheduler is not working, I can manually and successfully run cron.php via web browser but not through scheduler.

I did enable email notifications and cron sends me the following message:

Update:

I did re-install sugar and still Scheduler is not working, but now cron sends me the following message.
