Scheduler Dates Incorrect

Using 4.5.0h and my scheduler Last Run date always shows 01/01/2006 and the log entries show the same. This is on a Win2003 machine and I'm running the cron job once a minute via a Windows task. I have verified that the job is running correctly because my incoming messages are getted polled continually and placed in the sugar inboxes each minute. I have tried deleting all schedules and rebuilding the defaults. All four default schedules do the same thing. Have rebuilt all file relationships and run just about everything on the "repair" menu that seemed relevant.

I could have sworn this used to work but I could be wrong. It is possible that it quit working after I ran the Daylight Savings Time fix since it was after I ran it that I happened to notice the date issue.

Anyone have any ideas on this? It's driving me crazy that I can't determine the cause.

I just figured this one out. If the default date format on the Locale setup screen is 12-31-2006 the scheduler last run date and logs always report 01-01-200l. If I set it back to 2006-12-31 on the Locale screen then the schedulers start working and recording the proper date and time.
