Default Scheduler did NOT find valid job

I'm having a problem with scheduler. It was running fine but then after a migration on by my web host to a new server I started getting the following messages for all jobs.

I'm wondering if its a security or php error. Any ideas?

Default Re: Scheduler did NOT find valid job

so it turns out this message IS valid if the job is not to be scheduled ( a little confusing me thinks). However, I was getting a not valid for the inbound email check which should have been happening every 5 minutes. I did notice that a tracker record was being written for each check so decided to have a look at what was being recorded. the tracker table had over 200,00 records which shouldn't really be a problem but when I cleared it manually (monthly cron job doesn't seem to clear any records) my email check started working again. go figure!
