Scheduler jobs show same date????

First with the info:

Sugar version : Version 4.5.1b (Build 1246)
OS Linux with cpanel hosting services (Bluehost): 2.6.19-1_3.BHsmp kernel
mysql: 4.1.21-standard-log
Apache : Apache/1.3.37
php: 4.4.6

Issue:

1) When initially installed, all schedulers appeared to work and logged proper time and dates of last execution. Ran through several test campaigns with successful deliveries and tracking less bounce handling (that is completely a different can of worms which I have nearly given up on). Built a new campaign ( a real one), and the scheduler dates and times all went to '1999-12-31 17:00', even the past executions. I have defaulted to scheduler, no change. I have verified the cron process, all are fine. I have verified the server time, that is ok. ????????? Also, due to the near zero response, 1 click through out of 50 and ZERO read responses, I am questioning whether the emails all sent successfully. I normally get a 3-6 % response on click through and and close to 25% read response.

Sorry, I never had the time to read through the code to find the fault. I had always hoped the developers would have cared, but as you can see in the tread... alas I have had to settle with some short falls.

I really do not want to be a downer. On other forums (trixbox) not associated with SugarCRM I have offered much assistance in working with SugarCRM, the few times I actually looked for assistance for issues I could not figure out on this forum, I was met with 0 replies. I take that back, I got one reply that unfortunately did not resolve the issue. A bit frustrated, I sadly took a negative approach and figured no assistance deserved none of my help. Time has elapsed and hopefully so has participation. So... No I did not file a bug report. Just out of interest, where can the bugs be submitted on this product. A quick look did not locate it. I do believe this is a valuable product with even greater potential. I just have not found the community/parent organization all that helpful.

well if its any consolation I'm having the same trouble, all

scheduled jobs showing the last successful run date as 1999-12-31 18:00 and each log entry is the same. Interestingly tho when I look in MySQL the logged date/time stamp is shown as 2000-01-01 00:00:00

I haven't noticed this anywhere else yet.

the one thing we both have in common is that we're running on PHP 4, I'm on 4.4.4

Although this does not quite explain the reason for the faulty dates being saved in the database, this coupled with the fact that it seems all of those having such problems are on some version of PHP4 does dampen one's confidence in PHP4. Given the fact that Zend will no longer be supporting PHP4, I say we all join the rest of the world in upgrading to PHP5 and let the problems of PHP4 be a thing of the past! This way we will all be on the same page with everyone else in the development world.
