I am using sugar professional 5.0 in an ondemand deployment. I am trying to get inbound email to automatically be retrieved and dropped in a group folder. I am able to check mail manually from the group account and messages are int he INBOX for that account, but they are not auto retrieved and dropped into the group folder that was setup.
I opened a ticket with SugarCRM. Since it is a ondemand install and professional version I have support. The engineer said that there needs to be a cron job setup to pull down the email. He setup the cron job this morning and has since closed the ticket but I am still not able to retrieve email automatically.
I have opened a second ticket but no one form sugar has responded yet.
I need to get this work ASAP since I have been struggling with email integration for a few weeks now and am getting some pressure from upper management to start the rollout. I really need to get email functionality working or my user adoption is going to be very low and ultimately will fail.
Can anyone in the community offer assistance.
