Scheduler runs once but not again?

I'm running Version 5.0.0d (Build 3235) Sugar Community Edition

I create a new scheduler, via the "Create Scheduler", select the runmassemailcampaign job, status of active, select 10 minutes, and check the box for every day. I click on Save and then the job runs immediately but not again after that? Why would this be? I've tried messing with th advanced options ensuring the start date is in the past and the end date way in the future but still nothing changes? Looking at the advanced options interval, this is set to */10 * * * * (which looks correct to me).

Any ideas anyone?

In addition, the scheduler job runs but irratically:

I'm still having issues, I have set my scheduler to run every 10 minutes for the function::runMassEmailCampaign job, but the job runs randomly:

This does not look like every 10 minutes to me - any ideas? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
